Meet May Cat of the Month: Velvet!
Velvet is a sleek and sophisticated 13-year-old senior “kitizen” looking for her purrfect fur-ever home. This is her second stay at HART, through no fault of her own, and she’s truly hoping her next home will be the one that lasts forever.
She’s been told she’s quite the beauty. Her jet-black fur, accented by a striking white locket on her chest, and one white whisker pairs perfectly with her mesmerizing green eyes. But Velvet is more than just a pretty face—she’s curious, too. She loves checking in on whatever you’re up to, whether that means supervising your latest project or quietly observing from a cozy nearby spot. And every now and then, she might zip by for a quick head bonk and a soft purr—just her way of sharing a little love.
To help this sweet girl find the purrfect home, Velvet’s adoption fee is just $30 for the entire month of May! If you're looking for a loyal, loving companion who will bring warmth and joy to your life, Velvet might just be your perfect match.
